We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and motivated Pharmacy Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys helping others, communicates effectively, works well with coworkers, and is interested in a stable, long-term position in a community pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Greet and assist patients in a courteous, professional, and compassionate manner, with special attention to elderly patients.
Communication: Answer telephone calls, respond to general inquiries, and relay messages accurately to pharmacists and other pharmacy staff.
Cashier Duties: Operate the cash register, process customer transactions, and handle payments accurately.
Computer Skills: Perform basic data entry and administrative tasks using pharmacy computer systems.
Organization: Assist with stocking, organizing, and maintaining pharmacy merchandise and supplies.
Teamwork: Collaborate with pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and other staff to maintain smooth daily operations.
General Support: Perform additional administrative and customer service duties as assigned, consistent with applicable pharmacy regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Language Skills: Fluency in English is required. Vietnamese language proficiency is highly preferred.
Communication: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, particularly when assisting elderly patients.
Computer Proficiency: Comfortable using computers, entering information accurately, and operating a cash register.
Experience: Previous retail pharmacy or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
Teamwork: Ability to work cooperatively with others in a busy retail environment.
Reliability: Demonstrates punctuality, dependability, attention to detail, and a professional attitude.
Commitment: Interested in a stable, ongoing position and willing to communicate scheduling changes or availability concerns promptly.
